- Development and execution of digital advertising programs across paid media channels (Yandex, VK, display networks, etc.) while aligning with ITE Connect Marketing team KPIs.
- Track campaign performance and maintain comprehensive reports to provide clear view of program KPIs.
- Work closely with Community Managers to develop assets that drive quality traffic for digital events pipeline and fill the funnel with qualified audiences resulting in conversions.
- Align with ITE Exhibitions digital marketing team to avoid overlapping in marketing efforts.
- Strategize and execute testing initiatives in areas such as creative assets, messaging, and targeting tactics to improve performance of paid channels.
- Ad-hoc assistance to Communications manager implementing direct email marketing campaigns as well as proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Expectations:
- 3+ years of practical experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
- 1+ year of paid search/paid social experience (Yandex Direct, VK Ads are a must).
- 3+ years of experience with digital marketing reporting and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
- Comfortable with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, a good flair for appealing copyrights.
- Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success ensuring completion of projects on time with minimal supervision.
- English: at least Intermediate (B1+) to communicate with international platform developers and product managers.
